NOAC Payment, Now Due

Your NOAC Payment is now due!  The payment plan is as follows:

December 2, 2011: $150 (past due)

January 3, 2012: $150 (past due)

March 2, 2012: $150, Scholarship Recipients: $100

April 2, 2012: $150,  Scholarship Recipients: $0.00

Please note: To reserve a space for NOAC all initial deposits must be received by February 10, 2012.  Any initial deposits received after February 10, 2012, will be returned.

NOAC Registratoin

The NOAC registration site is now open.  If you are an official  Wahissa Lodge NOAC Delegate, you may now login to the NOAC Registration Portal to update your information.  For now, your username is (firstname427) and your password is (118lastname).  Upon completion of the NOAC application, you will be instructed to change your password.  Please keep up with your password, as this will be the site where you will register for your training sessions, competitions and etc.  Keep in mind that your registration is not complete until you have completed the online NOAC application.  Here is the NOAC registration portal: https://registration.oa-bsa.org/part/login.aspx

Once you have registered, please print the conduct form and medical form.  Both forms are due to Christopher Hull/Old Hickory Council by May 1, 2012.  You will not be able to travel with the contengency without these forms.

Medical Forms

Everyone attending the 2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference will be required to use the official medical form approved by the Boy Scouts of America.  This form is the BSA Annual Medical and Health Form, No. 34605, 2011 Printing .  No local, state, atheletic, or prior BSA Medical forms will be accepted at this event.  This form should be completed by the individual and signed by the individual, the healthcare provider, and the parent if less than 18 years of age.  The current form can be found within the myscouting website.  Please make sure that the form is completed and the physical is performed with 12 months prior to the date of the 2012 NOAC.  Please submitt your medical forms to Christopher Hull or the Old Hickory Council office by May 1, 2012.
